Additional Terms and Conditions for Broker ID DATA

v1.4 - [Updated 08.04.21 @15:13] Clause 1.3 wording to clarify that if there are no issues with the FCA FS Extract it shall be provided to the Customer within 24 hours of Broker ID receiving it.
v1.3 - [Updated 25.03.21 @14:22] Amended clause 2.1.3 and inserted a new clause 3.5 to confirm that DPR will not make any changes to the backward compatible file. Deleted 2.1.6. Clarified in clause 2.1.7 that notification is only required if the customer identifies incorrect data. Minor amends to clause 3.1.2 and 3.3. Amended clause 3.4.3 to clarify that if the help feature in unavailable customers can send queries by email as set out in that clause.

v1.1 - [Updated 08.10.21] Clause 1.4 amended to clearly set out the order of precedence which shall apply to the relevant documents. Previous clause 1.5 deleted. This means that written communications between the parties no longer include email. Clause 2.2 (a) amended to clarify that if additional fees apply they shall be agreed between the parties. Clause 2.2 (b) 2.2 (c), 3.11 (c), 4.3 language tidied up to clarify the intention. Clause 3.8 amended to allow a right to suspend the services in the event that any fees remain unpaid for a further 30 days following eKeeper's notice. New notice clauses inserted at clause 13.1 and 13.2.
