I have spent over 11 years working with finova and have loved seeing how the lending and savings markets evolve. Working in delivery and consultancy has provided me with the privilege of working with some wonderful clients to help deliver solutions that meet their business goals. I love nothing more than sitting and listening to our end users to find out what they love and hate about our products, and taking and crafting that feedback to deliver innovative features to make their jobs easier.

I have spent 11 years at finova, delivering over 25 new solutions to our clients, starting as a Business Analyst. More recently I started the product function at finova and am proud of the growing team. Prior to joining finova I spent 7 years with Central Trust working on operational and IT roles.
