Is the finova Broker CRM cloud-based and therefore available on windows desktop, iMac desktop and mobile devices?

Yes, the Broker CRM it is web-based, meaning you can conveniently access it anywhere on any device with an internet connection. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimal performance and this is available on all mobile devices as well as Macs.

Can I access the Broker CRM via mobile?

Yes, your brokerage can easily access the Broker system on your mobile via a URL. Many of our clients post this link on their website for their customers to access.

What is your maintenance downtime policy / schedule?

We have had 99.9% uptime over the last 6 months and release new updates monthly overnight to minimise any disruption.

How do leads from our website or Facebook / Instagram get imported into the Broker CRM?

Our Broker software integrates with a wide range of third-party integrations, such as Zapier, which seamlessly imports your leads directly from Facebook, Instagram or other social media channels.

My company has very specific work processes, how configurable are the workflows within the Broker CRM?

Workflows are completely customisable, you can have as many or as few stages as you choose and the workflows can be different for each product type your business needs. You can also have as many products as you like. After each stage you can generate automations such as SMS messages or emails to be sent or diary tasks to be created.

Where will our data be stored and does this comply with UK GDPR?

Data within the Broker CRM is securely hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the UK and our data storage is fully GDPR compliant.

Will we receive support us during implementation and once we start using the Broker CRM?

Yes! During your set-up one of our account managers will be on hand to train your team on using the Broker CRM. We also have a wide range of online resources to guide you through the Broker CRM, as well as a dedicated in-house support team who can help you with any enquiries.

How do I migrate from my current CRM?
